Terms of purchase and refund policy

Ordering

You order your goods via LITEN MINDRE MINST's webshop www.litenmindreminst.se . Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address. In the order confirmation, you can see the goods you have ordered, your specified delivery details, which method you have chosen to pay and how the goods will be sent to you. Save your order confirmation until you have received your order. LITTLE LESS AT LEAST reserves the right to remove an order without citing a specific reason.

If you choose to create an account on the website, or create an account in connection with your purchase, you will be able to see your order when you are logged into your account.

Prices

All prices shown on www.litenmindreminst.se are stated in SEK and include VAT of 25%. A LITTLE LESS AT LEAST reserves itself for price changes caused by price changes at the supplier and we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.

Delivery

A LITTLE LESS AT LEAST sends all packages with Postnord . You pay only SEK 49 for shipping within Sweden, SEK 149 within the EU and SEK 199 outside the EU. If you chose to send with express delivery, shipping costs SEK 199. If you order over SEK 599, shipping is free. If you order on a weekday, your order will be processed the same day or the next day. If you order on a holiday, we will only take care of your order the following weekday. Normal delivery times are between 1-5 days. Posters have a longer delivery time due to additional production time, the delivery time for posters is 5-12 weekdays.

Delay in delivery

If a delay in the delivery of your package occurs without us notifying you of this, you should always contact us at kontakt@litenmindreminst.se . Compensation is not paid in the event of a possible delivery delay.

Damaged delivery

If your package looks damaged, you must report it directly to the delivery point. If you discover damage only after opening the package, please contact us before sending the item back.

Package not collected

Your package will remain with the agent for seven (7) days then it will be returned to SMALL LESS MINIMUM. If you do not collect your package from an agent and the package is returned, we reserve the right to charge you as a customer for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee at a cost of SEK 250.

Refund Policy

Return an item/right of withdrawal 14 days

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the item and without any particular reason. This is provided that the product and the product packaging are in unchanged condition, i.e. unused and not destroyed or damaged. You may not use the product but of course carefully examine it without destroying the packaging. You as a customer are responsible for the return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase for 14 days.

Contact us before you return your item via e-mail to kontakt@litenmindreminst.se . In your message, describe what you want to return and state your name, your address, your e-mail address, which order number you have and which goods are to be returned. We will then send you a return shipping slip. The return shipping cost is SEK 99 per returned package. The product must be returned in unchanged condition and in the original packaging and packaging with a return shipping slip from us. The return shipping slip must be attached to the outer packaging and not to the product's carton. It is you as the consumer who is responsible for the risk of return shipping, such as damage or if the package is lost. It is up to you as a consumer to protect the product with the packaging so that it is not damaged during shipping. Refunds for the product take place when we have received your package and ascertained that the product is in unchanged condition, we do NOT refund the return shipping . We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the product's original value in the event of noticeably used or damaged product.

Posters

Payment

A LITTLE LESS AT LEAST uses Shopify Payments, at checkout you can choose to pay by card/credit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal or Klarna . Shopify Payments offers you a customized and secure payment experience. At Klarna, you identify yourself using the information you enter when shopping. It is Klarna that presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to enter to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. Any credit information is never taken directly in Klarna, but when necessary depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit information taken by Klarna does not affect your credit rating and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, for example banks. Once you have been identified, Klarna displays which options are available to you, such as invoice, payment by card or direct payment via bank. It is also possible to pay with PayPal, ApplePay, ShopPay and GooglePay.

Claims and complaints

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you as a customer have the right to complain for three (3) years after you have received the item. A LITTLE LESS AT LEAST applies the Consumer Purchase Act's right of complaint. However, this requires that the errors cannot be blamed on incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing action that caused the errors.

It is important that you report your complaint correctly. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. Before you return the item, take a picture and email kontakt@litemindreminst.se . When contacting us regarding complaints, you must state your name, your address, your e-mail address, your order number and describe the error as accurately as possible. You must also save the packaging for possible complaints to Postnord for transport damage. When we receive your returned item, we check it and if we think your complaint is justified, you either get a new item or your money back. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

Dispute and choice of law

In the event of a dispute, we will follow the General Complaints Board's recommendations and decisions from ARN. Any dispute must be resolved by the Allmänna reclamationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden, read more at www.arn.se. Disputes regarding the interpretation or application of our terms and conditions of purchase shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.

We reserve the right for possible printing errors on www.litenmindreminst.se and final sale of products. We cannot guarantee that the images of the products reflect the exact appearance of the products, but we always try to do our best to expose the products as accurately as possible through our suppliers' images and our own images of the products.

Changes to the terms of purchase

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time. When we change our terms and conditions, it will be published on our website and our terms and conditions will be considered accepted in connection with orders.
